We’ve finished the loading skid replacement job in Guernsey – complete infrastructure overhaul from top to bottom.
What We Did
The whole project meant replacing all the critical loading kit:
- Demolition first – stripped out the old loading skid and pipework to clear the way
- Structural changes – took out the old support beam and put in our new one, made it higher to fit the new skid specs
- New skid installation – fitted precisely so it sits perfectly with the modified supports
- Full pipework systems installed to working standards
- Safety barriers put in right across the site
How We Did It
Main challenge was working with what was already there. Making the support beam higher was crucial – meant the new skid would fit exactly right. Shows what happens when you pay attention to the details and get the engineering spot on.
What It Means
Everything’s finished to spec in Guernsey 🇬🇬. The place now has a brand new loading skid with complete pipework and safety barriers sorted. Should keep running safely and reliably for years.
